Guests often appreciate the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and complimentary mini-bar. While generally appreciated, a few guests have found the furniture to be slightly worn. The staff was FRIENDLY. They remembered my name and room number several days after I checked in. The hotel also accommodated me when my flight was cancelled. They allowed me to keep my room and matched my original rate. Breakfast was quick with fresh and good quality food.
The gym was small. It had low ceilings and no natural light. Three pieces of equipment required electricity, but some did not work. Signage was terrible. I got lost going to and from my room. AC was inconsistent in the rooms. Some were freezing while others were too hot.
